Private Party - This option is for the shopper or private lister. Registered users will enjoy automatic form entry on most forms.  It also allows you to use the watch list to store information on vehicles you may be interested in.  Membership is mandatory for those who want to list a vehicle.  Private listers generally only have one or two vehicles to list. Listings through this account are accomplished manually via form driven entry pages.   The mailing list is optional.
